Veolia launches Battery & Mobile
Phone Recycling

In 2007 Veolia Environmental Services launched RecyclePak, a prepaid recycling service which allowed for the recovery of hazardous and recyclable materials from fluoresecent lighting. We are now excited to launch battery and mobile phone recycling as part of RecyclePak.

Did you know?

Batteries and Mobile Phones contain hazardous chemicals and materials which can cause serious health risks to humans and pose a dangerous threat to the environment. Chemicals such as mercury, cadmium and nickel contained within these products can be recovered and returned to raw materials. Other components such as plactics, metals and glass etc can also be recylced from these products.

The recent addition of battery and mobile phone recycling to our extensive RecyclePak system allows our customers to dispose of these potentially hazardouse materials safely, easily and in the most cost effective

manner.

The RecyclePak system, is the perfect solution for businesses and together a representative from Veolia can work with you to establish a waste management strategy encompassing the RecyclePak system.

If you would like more information on RecyclePak and how Veolia can help you to recycle these hazardous office materials please enquire today or call 1800 VEOLIA and talk to one of our Veolia Sales Representatives.
