What does Veolia do with paper and cardboard waste?
Veolia encourages that customers should recover as much paper and cardboard as possible. Both paper and cardboard can be re-used to produce new materials. Veolia collects paper and cardboard and processes the materials at a recycling facility. Veolia owns and operates materials recovery facilities in both Queensland and Tasmania. Once the materials come through the facility they are sorted, and contaminants are removed. The paper will then be used in the manufacture of many different products.
