Vacuum Loading
A modern fleet of mobile, self-contained vacuum loading equipment is available from Veolia Environmental Services ranging in size from 10 cubic metre - 21” mer at 3700 cfm to 18 cubic metre - 29” mer at 6000 cfm using positive displacement blowers and liquid ring vacuum pumps.
A major benefit of the Liquid Ring Vacuum Unit is that it will allow the removal of debris from the bottom of lagoons, ponds and pits without taking surface liquids.
This equipment also allows the most efficient removal of dusts, solids and liquids from confined spaces and pits.
In addition, if connected to Veolia Environmental Service’s range of water treatment systems, it offers on-site product separation alternatives.

All mobile vacuum loading units are equipped with emergency spill kits and procedures, operatives have been subject to extensive in-house training on procedures, checks and environmental responsibility.
Veolia currently undertakes the Facilities Management of Tomago Aluminium Smelter in NSW's Hunter Region.
