Veolia Acquires Clean SA

Veolia Environmental Services South Australia has recently completed an acquisition of CleanSA, a service based cleaning company specialising in event services, facility cleaning as well as insurance and commercial cleaning.

Well recognised within the facilities management area, CleanSA provides holistic event services for over 36 speciality events inSouth Australia; some of which include: WOMAD, Tour Down Under, Stereosonic and Soundwave Music Festivals as well as the Adelaide Fringe Festival/ Festival of Arts. Such events can attract anywhere from 500 to 150,000 people!

In addition to these popular events, CleanSAalso provides facilities management services to several iconic South Australian companies including; the South Australian Jockey Club, the South Australian Film Corporation and the Adelaide Festival Centre.

This acquisition provides Veolia with the ability to directly manage all facets of event waste management and cleaning services both withinSouth Australiaand across the country.
